The Role
  
You will work end-to-end on customised studies across a range of clients, industries, and business issues.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking client briefs and demonstrating an understanding of their business and industry sector.
  • Providing input into proposals, including methodology framework and sampling.
  • Developing screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides under guidance.
  • Managing projects, including client liaison and coordinating with fieldwork agencies.
  • Handling data management tasks such as cleaning, coding, preparation, and analysis using Q and/or SPSS.
  • Creating data visualisations and various client outputs, including reports, personas, journey maps, and playbooks.
  • Developing relevant and coherent insights, implications, and actions under guidance.
  • Contributing to client presentations.
  • Supporting general project administration processes.
  • Developing content for marketing purposes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a market research agency.
  • Previous experience with SPSS and/or Q.
  • Strong visualisation skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • A passion for learning and seeking a hands-on role with day-to-day variety.
  • Effective project management skills, ideally managing customised research end-to-end.
  • A desire to develop relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written English skills, critical for report preparation and drafting blog content
