  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and meeting deadlines.

About You

You have a strong strategic mindset, turning complex challenges into impactful campaigns. Your leadership drives innovation, excellence and results within your team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of turning complex briefs into solid, actionable campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to senior stakeholders. Impeccable orthography and proofreading skills are vital to success in this role
  • A public relations expert with experience in developing and executing campaigns and strong connections within politics, policy and business
  • Proven leadership experience in nurturing and coaching a team, with examples of how your leadership has enhanced the work and impact of the campaigns you’ve led.

Please note that you must have permanent residency/citizenship for Australia to be considered for this role.

We look forward to hearing from you.
