The Role
We’re looking for a Consultant (3-5 years of experience) to deliver high-quality research, quantitative analysis and strategic counsel. You’ll work closely with high-profile decision makers to shape decisions, manage risks and uncover new opportunities in complex and evolving environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and observational data analysis to uncover insights
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for clients
• Create clear and compelling presentations
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technical disruption and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies and best practices

About You
You’re analytical, detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy tackling complex challenges, providing insights to clients and working on high-impact projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, psychology or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or quantitative research
• Proven data analysis and data visualisation skills, using Q and Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent project management skills
