The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead strategic research initiatives, guide teams, and collaborate with major clients to design and deliver behaviour-driven solutions that spark lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of research proposals grounded in behavioural science and tailored to client objectives
• Manage end-to-end research processes including qualitative and quantitative design, fieldwork oversight, and data interpretatio
• Deliver compelling presentations and reports that translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Provide behavioural science expertise in multidisciplinary teams, influencing strategy and supporting innovation in both public and private sectors
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development, and ensuring high-quality output across all stages of project delivery
• Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and speak at industry events to share insights and showcase leadership in behavioural research

About You

You’re a natural leader with deep research expertise and a passion for driving social and behavioural change. You thrive in collaborative environments and can clearly articulate insights that shape decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in psychology, social sciences, market research, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of hands-on experience leading both qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in social and public sectors
• Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive narratives and deliver presentations that drive decision-making at senior levels
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring junior researchers and guiding teams through complex projects
• Strong practical understanding of behavioural science frameworks and their application in research, design, and policy contexts
