The Role
Play a critical role in planning, troubleshooting and leading large-scale research initiatives from conception through delivery, managing multi-year engagements and building strategic client partnerships. You’ll oversee complex projects for government and major organisations while mentoring team members and contributing to growth.
About You
You bring 8+ years’ research delivery experience across agency or vendor environments, with tertiary qualifications in psychology, marketing, economics, social sciences or statistics. You’re proficient in statistical analysis, research methodologies and tools such as Q and SPSS. Most importantly, you combine strategic thinking with strong client instincts, excel at managing complex timelines and budgets, and are genuinely passionate about mentoring others and advancing research practice.
