The Role

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and deliver strategic advisory projects for public and private sector clients. You'll work across a range of portfolios like policy, corporate affairs, reputation and behaviour change, drawing from your strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead regional engagements with key clients across sectors
• Develop and execute evidence-based strategies and communication plans
• Translate complex issues into actionable insights and narratives
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams from planning to delivery
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Represent the firm in public, government and industry forums
• Support national business development and thought leadership initiatives

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong skills in strategy development, stakeholder engagement and/or behaviour change
• Demonstrated success leading multi-sector projects
• Clear communicator with strong analytical and interpersonal strengths
• Familiarity with Queensland’s policy and business landscape
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., policy, communications, marketing, behavioural science)
