The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Traffic Controller/Operations Manager to regulate workflow, manage qualitative recruitment, support business development, optimise resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Based in Toorak with hybrid flexibility, this is a part-time contract to permanent role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end workflow across research projects and allocate resources effectively
  • Run WIP meetings, monitor capacity and flag risks early
  • Maintain project timelines, supplier relationships and ensure appropriate invoicing
  • Support qualitative recruitment, supplier coordination and incentive management
  • Maintain marketing collateral, capability statements and support business development
  • Act as privacy and quality officer, ensuring ISO and Research Society/ADIA compliance

About You
You are a calm, commercially savvy operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organisational ability, a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering quality outcomes. You will have:

  • Experience in operations coordination and project coordination (agency preferred)
  • Understanding of market research workflows (quant, qual or mixed-methods advantageous)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial mindset with experience in cost management and project management tools
