  • Cultivating senior relationships across corporate, public sector and not-for-profit clients, acting as a trusted strategic adviser
  • Leading end-to-end business development from prospect identification and proposal development through to pitch and negotiation
  • Owning team development, setting clear goals, providing candid feedback and creating pathways for progression

  • Command of research design across both bespoke and continuous measurement methodologies
  • The ability to communicate with authority at a senior level, whether presenting to a board, negotiating with procurement or mentoring a junior researcher
  • A genuine understanding of Australia’s corporate, government and public affairs landscape and the reputation dynamics that shape it
  • Commercial acumen and comfort holding a P&L conversation, motivated by building something, not just running it

Benefits

  • Executive-level leadership role with significant strategic influence
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects shaping public policy and programs
  • Flexible working environment with strong support and autonomy
  • Join a globally recognised organisation with strong and structured growth and career progression
