The Role
This a newly created function where you will lead the strategic application of behavioural science, apply academic rigiour, mentor a talented team and drive innovation in designing interventions that create lasting change
  
Responsibilities

• Apply behavioural science to develop and implement high-impact solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of broad team of advisors, fostering excellence
• Curate leading academic behavioural science literature, so that it applies to societal and commercial pain-points
• Innovate and refine methodologies to advance industry best practices
• Partner with clients and senior leadership to drive behavioural science related initiatives
• Represent the consultancy through thought leadership, academic and industry engagement

  
About You
A seasoned behavioural science advisor with a track record of applying insights to real-world challenges. Able to translate complex research into actionable solutions, lead teams and engage stakeholders with strong communication and storytelling skills.
  
Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in behavioural science within commercial, policy, or consultancy settings
• Proven success in leading behavioural change projects with measurable impact
• Strong leadership, mentorship and communication abilities
• PhD or Master’s in behavioural science, psychology, behavioural economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
