About you:

• You’re an experienced researcher who can inspire change, not only from inside the consultancy itself but within the broader community
• Specialising in both qualitative and quantitative research you will only delve into topics you are particularly passionate about
• You will have a curiosity for Behavioural Economics – always seeking out opportunities to deploy strategies with clear, pragmatic outcomes
• You have a passion for generating meaningful research and inspiring social change

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 10+ years research agency experience, ideally from a local boutique agency
• Extensive moderation/community engagement experience and strong quantitative muscle
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
