The Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated Business Development Manager to make an impact by driving growth in Australia and New Zealand.

This role isn’t just about sales, it’s about influencing strategy, building long-term partnerships with senior leaders and leveraging trusted shopper insights to deliver real value. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth initiatives, all while enjoying a collaborative, supported environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders using insights
  • Lead business development strategies with senior leaders
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately and deliver strong commercial outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver strong commercial outcomes
  • Inspire the team and collaborate across departments for growth

About You

You’re a natural relationship builder who knows how to combine data-driven insights with creative problem-solving. With at least five years of experience in business development, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, retail, or agency environments.

You thrive in a team-oriented environment and bring resilience, curiosity and a passion for insights to every challenge.

  • Proven success in business development, with a track record of exceeding commercial goals
  • Strong background in shopper insights or research and data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with a focus on actionable outcomes
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for achieving team success
