THE ROLE

As a Quantitative Research Consultant, your primary responsibility is to manage and conduct high-level market research projects while developing relationships with existing clients. You will add value to our clients, their stakeholder relationships, and our own operations.
  
Utilising your quantitative research skills, you will create commercially impactful reports and narratives, as well as guiding and measuring client insights. Our accounts are diverse – encompassing regular reporting and bespoke ad-hoc projects.

Our clients appreciate our strategic thinking and commercial acumen beyond mere data and your expertise will be crucial in delivering this while maintaining data accuracy and rigour. Once established within a client account, you will have significant opportunities to expand your reach across other accounts and projects.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
  
Research Practice

  • Crafting compelling proposals addressing client business issues and objectives.
  • Conducting quantitative research, developing new approaches and frameworks.
  • Reporting and designing concise, visually impactful presentations and reports.
  • Presenting research findings clearly and engagingly.

  
Project Management

  • Managing quantitative research projects within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality.
  • Overseeing project team members and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring and controlling project schedules, risks and issues.
  • Ensuring quality assurance on client deliverables.
  • Providing direction and support to project team members.

  
Account Management

  • Maintaining key client relationships and understanding their business challenges.
  • Staying updated with client market changes.
  • Aligning research findings with business objectives.
  • Promoting our brand to current and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with management on proposals to secure repeat and new business.

  
Thought Leadership

  • Assisting in the development of our Thought Leadership programme.
  • Developing new services and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess 4+ years of experience working with diverse clients in CX and Brand Health, particularly in financial services and insurance.
