The Role

We are looking for a Senior Director with 15+ years of market research experience to join our Melbourne CBD office. This role involves establishing and leading client relationships, managing research teams, overseeing projects, mentoring junior members and shaping the firm’s future. Ideal candidates are innovative, collaborative and can leverage professional networks to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Co-leading the research business practice, innovating superior client solutions
• Driving efficiencies in market research project management, while being hands-on with proposal and tender writing and modelling
• Mentoring junior staff
• This is a hands-on role. You be involved in questionnaire design, cutting data, charting, moderating, project management and leading stakeholder workshops
• Listening to clients and prospective clients and identifying opportunities to assist them with the community and commercial challenges

About You

• Senior Director with at least 15 years of market research experience.
• Manage research teams, lead qualitative and quantitative projects and develop junior staff.
• Lead and maintain key client relationships, providing strategic insights and solutions.
• Bring fresh perspectives, such as data visualisation ideas or passion areas like technology disruption or customer experience mapping with hybrid vehicles.
• Oversee project delivery, drive business growth and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, talented team on interesting and impactful work.
