The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. This full-time permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure while growing professionally through training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Administer and ensure the security of Office 365 environments
• Manage the company website, including monitoring, maintenance, updates and configurations
• Undertake ad-hoc programming projects such as data migration and manipulation using PHP and Python.
• Manage the administrative side of our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)
• Set up and configure new systems and user accounts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT administration or a similar role
• Expertise in Office 365 administration and security
• Familiarity with website monitoring, maintenance and building
• Experience with data migration and API integration programming
• Experience managing ATS systems, such as Bullhorn, is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
