The Role
  
As a research manager, you are in charge in engaging the clients to discuss project objectives and get an agreement on the budget. In addition, you will be responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective. You will contribute to an ambitious and motivated team of researchers from diverse backgrounds to execute the project on time and be responsible for communication and coordination with the client and the company.
  
What You’ll do
  

  • Working within a team of researchers through the project lifecycle on qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using techniques and approaches to produce clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations.
  • Research market trends, conduct surveys, analyse data to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.
  • Develop research designs and research instruments such as interview questions, surveys, discussion guides and questionnaires.
  • Collect and analyse data sets to extract insights and convert them into solid action plans.
  • Prepare convincing and appealing reports, presentations as well as data visualisations and analysis, and then present them to the clients and higher authorities.
  • Working on client proposals and Request for Proposal responses
  • Oversee all projects simultaneously, tracking and guiding them to be completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality and standards.
  • Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

  
Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years of research and insight experience in the industry
  • Some moderation experience (F2F and online/focus groups and in-depth interviews)
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and writing skills.
  • Good client engagement and presentation skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Capability of managing competing timelines and delivering on set milestones
  • Capability to collaborate, support and mentor others.
