The Role
  
As a Research Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of project development and management.

In this capacity, you’ll act as the essential point of communication, sustaining our client relationships and steering our projects with precision from their outset to their conclusion.

Your involvement will be critical in designing project methodologies, ensuring they address core research issues with ingenuity and clarity.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Manage research projects from conception through to completion
  • Act as the primary liaison for client interactions and relationship management
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of research initiatives
  • Direct project activities with occasional guidance from senior leadership
  • Analyse intricate client requirements and devise cutting-edge research strategies
  • Employ a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques in research

You have a deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and are adept at transforming complex data into compelling insights and strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Interest in behavioural economics with familiarity with key texts in the field
  • Strong project management skills in commercial market or social research
  • A commitment to continual learning

  
Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • 3+ years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
  • Tertiary education, preferably with boutique market research agency experience in Australia
  • Proficient in research design and execution based on client briefs
  • Skilled in moderating stakeholder interviews and overseeing data collection
  • Excellent consulting abilities
  • Commercially astute with exceptional project management capabilities
  • Proactive, with a knack for prioritization and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview
