Description

We are seeking a Research Manager with at least 5 years of market research experience to join our Melbourne CBD office. This role is ideal for a researcher looking to work with a dynamic team on interesting projects in an innovative, supportive environment. The Research manager will support key client relationships, oversee both qualitative and quantitative, and contribute to the company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be working end to end on customised studies across a range of clients, industries, and business issues.

This is a hands-on role. You be involved in questionnaire design, cutting data, charting, moderating, project management and leading stakeholder workshops
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Design survey instruments
  • Co-ordinate resources to ensure effective data collection
  • Chart data and derive insights and commentary
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to really ensure that you are hitting the mark

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a highly experienced Research Manager with at least 5 years in social or market research, including consultancy experience, to lead key projects and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Least 5 years of market or social research experience.
  • Qualifications in marketing, statistics or business
  • Hands on experience using Q
  • Commercial experience, so that you bring context to all conversations
  • Strong project management skills.
