Our client is a leading organisation focused on delivering meaningful experiences and measurable impact for its customers. With a strong commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and data-informed strategy, they are seeking a talented Senior Insights Analyst to join their growing team. 

This role is part of a high-performing unit responsible for analysing customer behaviour, business performance and identifying key opportunities for growth. You'll be a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape strategy through data-driven storytelling. 

The Role 

You will work closely with analytics, marketing, operations, and digital teams to understand how customers engage across different touchpoints. You will provide insights that improve acquisition, retention and conversion strategies – ultimately enhancing customer outcomes and driving business performance.  

What you’ll do 

  • Analyse customer and channel data to uncover friction points and performance gaps 
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide strategic decisions across functions 
  • Lead and support research initiatives to explore customer motivations and trends 
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools that monitor performance and behaviour 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed insights into everyday operations 
  • Contribute to test-and-learn programs and continuous performance optimisation 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Proven experience in customer insights, analytics, or related strategic roles 
  • Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau 
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research approaches 
  • Ability to simplify complex data into strategic recommendations 
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience 
  • Commercially minded, customer-focused, and insight-driven 
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Psychology or related fields
