The Role
  
As a Research Analyst, you will support the research team with analysis, reporting and insight generation. You will make charts, graphs and tables to make the complex data set presentable and understandable to the decision-makers. This role requires you to look for opportunities and potential improvements in the existing strategies and provide recommendations to further expand the scope.
  
In addition, you will develop compelling reports and brilliant presentations for team leaders and clients to help them make informed decisions. You will also use your expertise and skills to train and mentor team members.
 
What you’ll do

• Identify, analyze and interpret patterns or trends in large amounts of data.
• Prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to show the result of the analysis to assist in understanding the data using programs like Power BI.
• Organize and analyse data sets, creating charts and graphs and presenting your findings to the leadership team.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using techniques such as driver analysis, segmentation, regressions etc.
• Produce clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations.
• Conduct market research, surveys, and data analysis to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.
• Train researchers in analysis techniques and data presentation. 

Knowledge and Experience  

• 3+ years industry related experience
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed.
• An ability to work well both in a team environment and individually.
• A desire to learn and contribute.
• Great attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem solver
