The Role
In this hands-on practitioner role, you will be responsible for contributing to the quantitative research function and running a wide range of projects, from proposal writing and interrogating data sources, working with the team in preparing reports through presentation stage. You will undertake complex data research, and design frameworks and reports that cut through to commercial issues and community needs.

  • Driving quantitative research (responding to briefs, methodological design, analysis, reporting and presentation)
  • Multivariate analysis, benchmarking
  • Leading the broader team in analytics – coaching on statistical techniques as required
  • Running team brainstorms and workshops, developing research collateral, data related IP, concise and compelling presentations
  • Data visualisation and designing dashboards.
  • Combining data sources and use AI to transform the quantitative practise.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of research experience, with commercial market research orientation
  • Proven, hands-on quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Expert level skills with analysis suites (Data visualisation also an advantage)
  • Good understanding of a broad mix of data collection and interpretation methodologies and issues
  • An appreciation of AI and research related tech
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment – across international boundaries
  • Interest in current affairs, politics, and social issues
  • Relevant degree in statistics, communications, psychology, marketing or similar
