The Role
  
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead high-impact public affairs, engagement and corporate reputation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver strategic advisory services to influential clients while driving measurable outcomes for complex challenges.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Translate enterprise challenges into persuasive narratives for government, shareholders and industry leaders
  • Provide evidence-based, innovative strategies to influence senior stakeholders
  • Manage projects that improve organisational performance and minimise risks
  • Leverage expertise in government policy, corporate affairs and industry dynamics
  • Lead the hands-on execution of strategic advisory projects, beyond delegation
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering cross-business collaboration

  
About You
We are looking for a strategic thinker and leader passionate about delivering transformative outcomes.
  
Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of advisory experience with leading Australian firms or consultancies and ideally some in-house state or federal government experience
  • Proven ability to translate complex briefs into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication, writing and proofreading skills, with a knack for persuading senior stakeholders
  • Strong background in government public relations, strategy execution and industry connections
  • Demonstrated leadership, with a track record of mentoring teams and enhancing their impact
