The Role
As a Senior Behavioural Strategist, you'll lead strategic research initiatives, delivering meaningful insights and expert advice to drive impactful behavioural change solutions. You'll also spearhead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with government entities and major corporations to tackle social and public sector challenges, fostering positive community change.

 
What you’ll do

• Lead the development and management of research proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and behavioural science best practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research instruments, including questionnaires and surveys and on-line communities.
• Direct comprehensive data analysis, translating findings into strategic presentations rooted in behavioural science principles.
• Present research findings to clients, delivering clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, contributing behavioural science expertise to multidisciplinary projects and influencing organisational strategies.

 
Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative social market research, including designing and executing full research projects.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with a proven ability to clearly and persuasively inform and influence.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding junior researchers.
• Strong experience applying Behavioural Science frameworks in practical settings.
