  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analysis and client value
  • Work with a variety of brands to uncover customer pain points in real time

About You
You’re a confident client partner who enjoys working at the intersection of data, storytelling and commercial decision-making. You’re comfortable engaging with category managers and thrive in environments where collaboration, quality and continuous improvement matter.

You bring a strong insights background, ideally gained within FMCG, retail, category management or agency settings, and are looking to fast-track your career, working with innovative global solutions.

You’ll have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in insights, research, category or marketing roles
  • Proven ability to manage and grow stakeholder relationships
  • Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills and a high attention to detail
  • Degree-qualified in business, marketing, psychology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Benefits

  • Your own tailored and funded education budget and/or additional annual leave
  • Training and development opportunities with industry leaders
  • A supportive, collaborative culture. No lone-wolf mentality
  • A trusted solution proven to succeed in all market conditions

Please note that you must have permanent residency/citizenship for Australia to be considered for this role.

We look forward to hearing from you.
