The Role
As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll manage and contribute to a range of research projects like designing and conducting both primary and secondary research.

What you’ll do
- Designing research methodologies and advising on sampling strategies
- Developing research tools such as surveys and discussion guides
- Organising, coding, and analysing quantitative data using Q
- Conducting statistical analysis, data visualisation and preparing client-ready reports and presentations
- Supporting the team in delivering insights that inform important decisions
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in a research agency environment, focused on quantitative methodologies
- Proficiency in Q and/or SPSS, including data coding, statistical testing and visualisation
- Ability to solve research challenges with creative, methodologically sound solutions
- Strong communication skills, able to present findings clearly in both written and verbal formats
