The role
As a consultant, you’ll be instrumental in deploying empirical strategies that shape opinions, manage risks and uncover opportunities in ever-changing environments. You will help clients gain a competitive edge in both the commercial and political realms. By leveraging your expertise, you’ll contribute to clients’ success by providing them with valuable insights and strategic guidance.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights to clients and provision of high-quality research, briefs and advice to clients. Then, you will use your strong moderating skills to perform qualitative analyses. From this, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and execute client workshops.
  • Interface with clients to discover their, business challenges.
  • Perform qualitative research and observational analyses (must be able to moderate focus groups independently)
  • Create and present client recommendations.

Knowledge and experience

  • The ideal candidate will have strong work-ethic.
  • A strong knowledge of both the policy and business spheres, an ‘out of the box’ mindset, and a desire to learn and have fun at work.
  • Strong moderating and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, public policy, politics and/or law
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
