The Role
The Consultant position is ideal for a confident self-starter with 1-4 years’ research and data modelling experience, as well as qualitative nous, and you’ll play a key role in a collaborative team, shaping opinion and driving value for clients across sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and facilitate client workshops
• Interface directly with clients to identify business challenges
• Conduct quantitative research and analyse observational data
• Develop and present actionable recommendations
• Produce clear, concise reports and briefs

Knowledge and Experience

• 1-4 years’ experience in research consulting from a premium firm
• Strong data manipulation and statistical modelling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Q research software
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, public policy, politics, or law
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Innovative mindset and strong work ethic
• An interest in international affairs and industrial relations
